Built by the architect Victor Louis (1731-1800) and commissioned by the Duke of Richelieu, governor of Guyenne, the Grand Theatre was achieved in 1780. This imposing building (88 meters by 47) neo-classical is a theatre that can accommodate more than 1,000 people.
